Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was selected to play for Australia during the Rugby Sevens 2013, but later knee injuries forced her out of the game. It took several years to Allana to return back into playing in the league. The first time Allana played in a rugby league game for women came in the year 2015. She played well against Queensland and represented New South Wales. Allana can also be found as a regular radio host, and is regularly as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Beyond sports, Allana is a certified educator. Allana Ferguson is the only Australian to represent Australia in rugby sevens and in rugby league as well as touch. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos player who played in an extensive period of rugby league, has had to end her playing career before the age of 25 because she injured her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson had already torn ligaments in the same knee between 15 and 17 but after the fourth tear the game was over for the 25-year old. Ferguson was the JILLAROOS the JILLAROOS' player of the year had to quit earlier due to a 4th left ACL tear.
